Wherever do you reside that you'll be "not much too certain about recycling burnt batteries?" Everywhere you go I am aware has battery recycling areas out there not way too far away. Unless of course a single lives in the midst of nowhere (e.g. NV), wherein case one just saves up the useless batteries for that once-a-year vacation to civilization.F
